KactusKutter Christmas Event Policy

Discount Details
• Eligibility: All products currently on sale at the KactusKutter official website are eligible for discounts.
• Exclusions: Discounts apply only to product prices. Taxes, shipping fees, and shipping protection costs are not discounted.
• Discount Codes: Other discount codes cannot be combined. Please select the appropriate code based on your shopping needs.
•Main Discount Code: $300-100, $200-50, $100-20 (The main discount code can only be used on orders that meet the specified amount)
•Gift: Each order can only select one gift from the gift list corresponding to the order tier. Please note that you must select the gift in your shopping cart.
•Currency: All prices and discounts are calculated in USD. The system will automatically convert currency.
 
Event Timing
• Public Event: Dec 14th to Dec 25th.

Inventory and Purchase Limits
• No Purchase Limits: No limits on product purchases.

Return/Shipping Policy
• Shipping Delay: Orders will be shipped with a one-day delay. Customers have 24 hours post-order to contact customer service for inquiries or changes.
• Return Restrictions: Items cannot be returned unless due to a product quality issue. Free Gifts are not covered by warranty. Refer to the KK Shipping Policy for details.
• Gifts and Products: May be shipped separately but tracking numbers will be provided for each shipment.
• Shipping Delays: Please be aware of potential delays due to high season demand.

(a) If you encounter any problems during the KactusKutter Christmas Sale, please contact support@kactuskutter.com for assistance.
(b) Shipping is unavailable for outlying areas, including Guam, Puerto Rico, Hawaii. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details.
(c) To the extent permitted by applicable law, KactusKutter may, at its sole discretion, amend these rules or cancel any promotion from time to time. If there is any fraud or abuse related to the promotion, KactusKutter reserves the right to exclude any customer from the promotion.
(d) Participants in the KactusKutter Christmas Sale agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein and understand that KactusKutter's decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. KactusKutter reserves the right to make the final and ultimate interpretation of this promotion.
(e) During the promotion, all orders must comply with KactusKutter's purchase agreement and return policy.
(f) The promotions do not apply to wholesale or distributor orders.
(g) Any unauthorized or fraudulent behavior will disqualify participants. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
(h) KactusKutter reserves the right to stop, cancel, or change the promotion at any time during the KactusKutter Christmas Sale. Any changes will be announced on the official KactusKutter website (www.kactuskutter.com).
(i) All prizes (if any) during the KactusKutter Christmas Sale are limited in quantity and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Any matters not covered herein will be handled according to KactusKutter's final interpretation.
(j) KactusKutter will assume no responsibility for late entries, which may occur for any reason, including but not limited to network transmission failure.
(k) KactusKutter will not be responsible for any direct or indirect losses or damages incurred by any party, including the participants, in connection with or arising from acts or omissions or any way related to KactusKutter Black Friday Sale.
(l) Participants agree to release and discharge KactusKutter from any liabilities and claims, including breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other cause of action at law or equity, arising out of or in any way connected to KactusKutter Christmas Sale or the Participant's entry into KactusKutter Christmas Sale.
